Wednesday, April 23^th

6:00pm – 8:00pm:  Bead Sale at Neptune World Headquarters.

 

Friday, April 25^th

 

EVENING PARTY ATTIRE:   Members: krewe shirts.  Spouses/SO: Krewe shirts encouraged (only if she insists on wearing a top)

• A.M.  - Boats leave for Bradenton.  Contact your captain for exact time/place

 

• 3:30pm’ish:  Boats arrive at marina in Bradenton

 

• 4:30pm’ish:  Van leaves marina for Shore Walk Villas for those who arrived via boats, but are staying at the Villas.

 

• 6:00pm:  Van leaves Shore Walk Villas for Inter Krewe Party

                       (located at Rodeway Inn -  2303 1st. St. E. , Bradenton,  Phone: (941) 747-6465)

 

• 6:00pm:  Van leaves Marina for Inter Krewe Party for those staying on the boats.

 

• 9:30pm:  FINAL van shuttle transportation leaves Inter Krewe Party for Shore Walk Villas & marina. 

If you miss this shuttle you must arrange your own transportation.

 

Saturday, April 26^th

 

PARADE ATTIRE:  Members:  Parade uniforms.  Spouses/SO & Guests:  White shorts/skirt/pants with blue/white striped or solid navy top.

 

• Morning to mid-afternoon:  Sleep, read a book, or hang out at Shore Walk Villa pool or the marina pool.  You are on your own.

 

• 4:00pm:  Van leaves marina for parade staging area.

This is the only shuttle from the marina, if you are at the marina and you miss this shuttle you must find your own transportation to the parade staging area.

 

• 4:00pm:  Van leaves Shore Walk Villas for parade staging area. Boarding area is at Clubhouse.

 

• 5:00pm’ish:  FINAL Bus leaves Shore Walk Villas for parade for staging area. 

 

• 4:30pm to 7:00pm:  Party in float staging area.  (Meal served at 5:00pm)

 

• 7:00pm:  Parade starts

 

• 10:00pm’ish:  At parade end STAY ON THE FLOAT.  The float will transport us back to Shore Walk Villas for pizza.

 

• 11:00pm’ish:  Shuttle van transportation leaves Shore Walk for Marina for those staying on a boat.

 

Sunday, April 27^th

 

10:00am:  Shuttle van leaves Shore Walk Villas for marina for those returning home via boat.  Confirm your departure time with your captain.  If you came on a boat, but are going home via car, etc, make sure to let your boat captain know

 

NOTE: VAN PICKUP POINT AT SHORE WALK VILLAS IS AT THE CLUBHOUSE / POOL.
